EvoScientist CLI Configuration
Run the interactive setup to configure model providers and the default model:
evosci onboard
The CLI stores structured settings under
~/.evoscientist/config/settings.yaml by default. Set EVOSCIENTIST_HOME to
move the complete application directory.
Environment variables can override local settings. See .env.example for the
CLI-specific variables. Without EVOSCIENTIST_SESSION_DB_URL, checkpoint
storage is in memory for the current process.
Gateway, browser UI, billing, Web database, and deployment configuration is
documented in the sibling Ai4Sci-Web/docs/configuration.md file.
