Teknium a0be177aac fix(compat): pointers resolve to the object that MOVED, not a same-named stranger; stdin checker binds stdin= to the splatted definition
Review findings on #102117 (independent reviewer + itsflownium):

* hermes_cli.kanban_db.connect / connect_closing pointed at hermes_cli.projects_db (different DB, no
  board= parameter). The compat generator ranked candidate homes by path proximity when a name is
  defined in several modules. Now it requires shape compatibility with the BASE definition (same
  literal for constants, superset of parameter names for defs) and prefers the facade's own
  <stem>_* sibling. Same class fixed for tools.tts_tool.DEFAULT_XAI_BASE_URL (-> tts_tool_providers),
  and 17 constants/defs that had been pointed at same-named strangers (Matrix MAX_MESSAGE_LENGTH ->
  Signal's 8000, tts MAX_TEXT_LENGTH -> BlueBubbles', honcho/retaindb/supermemory *_SCHEMA -> another
  plugin's schema, ...) are now restored from BASE verbatim instead.
* send_yuanbao_direct (restored-def): body called adapter._outbound.send_direct, which HEAD moved to
  the sender; rewritten to adapter._outbound.sender.send_direct.
* COMPAT_MANIFEST.md states the scope explicitly: public top-level names only; private names and
  test monkeypatch seams are not preserved.
* scripts/check_subprocess_stdin.py: _splat_carries_stdin looked 30 lines ahead in the file text
  and was satisfied by an unrelated later stdin=; it now finds the splatted name's definition via AST
  and requires stdin inside that expression/body.

Tests: tests/test_compat_manifest_targets.py (pointer identity vs the facade's sibling; kanban
connect(board=) opens a Kanban DB, not projects.db; both FAIL on the previous layer),
test_subprocess_stdin_guard gains the false-negative probe, and the MoA -Q quiet-output contract
tests are back (tests/agent/test_moa_quiet_reference_output.py) against build_moa_facade.

Teknium 4d1880e0bf fix(integration): restore subprocess encoding/stdin guards dropped in simplification
Simplification workers collapsed subprocess call sites into shared kwargs
helpers and dropped the Windows/TUI safety kwargs on the way:

- encoding='utf-8', errors='replace' restored on text=True runs in
  copilot_acp_client, hermes_cli/setup (vercel install), managed_uv
  (codesign steps), local_runtime/hardware._stdout, a2a adapter.
- stdin=subprocess.DEVNULL restored on copilot probe, verify/runner
  _SUBPROCESS_KW, iron_proxy._run, google_meet playwright/system_profiler,
  simplex convert, whatsapp _RUN_TEXT, mem0 ollama serve Popen.
  google_meet sudo/brew install keeps inherited stdin (user-confirmed,
  may prompt) — marked noqa: subprocess-stdin.
- Windows-safe SIGKILL: getattr(signal, 'SIGKILL', SIGTERM) in
  verify/runner; photon _kill call re-marked windows-footgun: ok
  (unreachable on win32).
- scripts/check_subprocess_stdin.py now recognizes **kwargs splats
  (**_KW / **_kw(...)) ONLY when the same-file definition provably sets
  stdin= — covers tui_gateway _capture_run_kwargs/run_kw. Parity test added.

Teknium b095c3d958 fix(tests): carry hermetic guards across the anthropic adapter module split
The adapter godfile split moved credential resolution into
agent/anthropic_credentials.py, which silently disarmed two repository
guards still pointed at the old seam:

- tests/conftest.py::_neutralize_macos_keychain_creds patched only the
  adapter re-export, so the default suite lost its protection against
  reading the operator's real macOS Keychain. Patch the implementation
  owner AND the adapter alias.
- test_oauth_setup_token_keeps_inherited_stdin read only the old source
  file; it now scans both seams and fails loudly if the call moves again.
- test_hermetic_side_effect_guards isolates the owner module directly.

teknium dba6380ca6 test: guard OAuth setup-token stays interactive + marker exemption
Regression tests for the salvage follow-up: the interactive 'claude
setup-token' login must keep inherited stdin, and the guard's inline
'noqa: subprocess-stdin' marker must exempt a call.

m4dni5 8bb60ff039 test: add pytest guard for subprocess stdin= in TUI-context code
Wraps scripts/check_subprocess_stdin.py as a pytest so CI catches
regressions when new subprocess calls are added without stdin=.
