Teknium	20af238599	perf: batch search context using indexed neighbor seeks ... Keep projections query-free and timestamp/id neighbor ordering. Bound parameter batches at 500 and avoid scanning complete sessions with LAG/LEAD. Based on the N+1 analysis in #104296; no additional YAML cache or durability/freshness changes.
