RelaxJonh	c851ef4d0f	fix(tools): file-tools env creation uses _is_container_backend() for the cwd guard (#101013) ... _create_terminal_env_for_file_ops tested the static _CONTAINER_BACKENDS set while the terminal tool's sibling sites already go through _is_container_backend(), which also honours plugin backends declaring is_container. A host cwd override on such a plugin backend therefore reached the sandbox as its workdir from the file-tools path only. Salvaged from #101389 by @RelaxJonh.	2026-09-05 18:03:05 +05:30
