Teknium 84191417ef refactor(model_switch): extract provider-listing cluster into model_switch_providers 
Verified state of the snapshotted WIP (0fd89c0ae5): list_authenticated_providers,
_lap_* row builders, list_picker_providers, _collect_authed_provider_slugs,
_prefetch_provider_models_parallel, prewarm_picker_cache_async and helpers now live
in hermes_cli/model_switch_providers.py (logger name kept as hermes_cli.model_switch;
every moved name re-imported into model_switch so patches keep resolving).
switch_model split into _route_*/_resolve_switch_credentials/_validate_switch/
_build_switch_result; show_status split into _render_<section>(ctx) over _SECTIONS.

Parity: /tmp/rf/r2m_switch_corpus.py (434 entries) and r2m_status_golden.py
(33 fixtures) byte-identical vs base 88b74d6ef00; 76 referencing test files green.
