Resolve missing runtime mappings through the shared mirror, dismiss covering routes, and preserve Bot tab ownership. Includes the mapping fix from https://github.com/NousResearch/hermes-agent/pull/100405 (b9e66c4a485dc353238fab8c7a07aa16107d11b7).
