Without the purpose string, macOS shows a bare Screen Recording
prompt when the desktop app (or a plugin driving desktopCapturer /
ScreenCaptureKit) first requests screen access, and some flows deny
silently instead of prompting.

Verified: package.json parses (python json.load).
